Complete Home Inspections:

A complete in-depth of review of all working components that constitute a residential dwelling. This review systematically analyzes the roof covering & structure, attic space, insulation, vapor retardants, sheathings and facades, windows/doors/penetrations, HVAC, plumbing (drain/waste, domestic distribution, heating), the structure, finishes, appliances, grounds, and electrical. This analysis is based on visual observations of accessible components and other methods.

4 Point Inspections:

The 4 point inspection is a limited evaluation of the four main components of a home which are: The roof, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing. This is a much simplified review of these components for the purpose of providing a brief synopsis for insurance companies and banking institutions.

Wind Mitigation:

This type evaluation of the dwelling is intended to detail the level of risk the dwelling is exposed to wind damage. It consists of an evaluation of the roof covering, roof deck attachment, rafter/truss attachment, windows and doors, other openings, and the overall structural attachment to the ground.
